Biography

My name is Nicole and I am an ACSM certified Personal Trainer as well as a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher. I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Health Science. I have been Personal Training for 3 years and also served as an intern for the Strength and Conditioning department at the UNL Campus Recreation Center. I have been teaching yoga for about 2 years at gyms and studios in Nebraska as well as working internationally. I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection and am an advocate for promoting healthy bodies to help develop healthy minds and lifestyles in my clients. After discovering the world of exercise science, nothing makes me happier than helping my clients reach their goals and increasing their longevity. My areas of specialty include weight loss training, circuit training, stability and balance training and one-on-one private yoga sessions.
